Cafe Tutu Mango serves coffee and drinks a short walk from the VSA arts Artsplace every day from 8am-11am and 1pm-3pm. Meeting areas and wireless internet access are provided free of charge to all customers.

The cafe includes a retail fine arts and cultural crafts gallery, featuring the work of VSA arts' students, teachers and friends. The cafe's staff are students in the Kahumana culinary arts program who are learning to work in restaurant industry.
